Modern diving equipment is highly reliable and easy to use, but like a car it does require a certain amount of regular care. Our recommendation is to have your BCD and Regulators serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, which is most often annually. Doing so will help ensure a long and reliable lifetime for your life support gear.

We make this easier and more affordable by automatically enrolling you in our Premium Service Club when you purchase a Regulator or BCD from "The" Dive Shop. Club membership entitles you to substantial discounts on your annual equipment checks for your BCD and Regulator.

Please note that most manufacturers require regular equipment service to keep their warranty in force, and this service must come from a factory certified repair facility. Our service team has factory training for the equipment we sell, in addition to many other brands as well.

We have economical pre-set rates for many common service procedures, as well as a generic labor rate of $60 / hour.

There is a $2.50 shop charge per work order.

Service is typically complete in 14 days, though items that must be sent back to the manufacturer may take longer. Please advise us if you have an upcoming trip or other deadline, and we will do our best to work within your schedule. There is a $20 Rush Fee per item.
